NATS Institute is a social enterprise that has been established by Engineer Nebiyu Assefa in 2005 in the beautiful city of Hawassa, Ethiopia. Engineer Nebiyu has been studied and worked in Germany in the fields of Industry Management and Mechanical Engineering for 19 Years. He is a mechanical engineer with rich experience in Renewable Energy Technologies and is passionate about community and personal development issues and developed unique training programs for enhancing community and personal development incorporating classical success principles and indigenous success wisdoms along with practical tools that guarantee prosperity, sustainability and fulfillment.
The future of Ethiopia and Africa will depend to a large extent on the abilities of its societies to introduce technological change as a permanent on-going process as well as on the development of indigenous human resources that are highly motivated and capable of adapting and mastering the continuous changes in the world.
